About 30 real estate professionals attended and learned all things DLP, from how our financing works to how we differentiate from other lenders. Realtors, mortgage brokers, single-family rental investors, builders, and multi-family operators were also advised on how to best find, manage, and capitalize on a variety of real estate deals.

Patrick O’Donnell, Chief Experience Officer with DLP Real Estate Capital, kicked off the lunch and learn by covering the tools that have led to DLP’s success, the importance of life designing, setting goals, and the secret to DLP’s success. Nathan Trunfio, President of DLP Direct Lending Partners added to the presentation by sharing relevant information pertaining to DLP Direct Lending Partners programs, niches, and value propositions, as well as covering how real experts could analyze, fund, and maximize deals.
